Coenen will discuss healthcare law particularly as it relates to the recent 11th Circuit decision regarding Florida et al. v. Dept of Health and Human Services.
Dr. Coenen serves as the Harmon W. Caldwell Chair in Constitutional Law of the University of Georgia and is author of The Story of The Federalist: How Hamilton and Madison Reconceived America as well as Constitutional Law: The Commerce Clause.
